Staying at Downen House Bed & Breakfast felt like stepping into a piece of history. The vintage decor throughout the house was charming. The hosts welcomed me right away on the porch like family. I enjoyed the comfort of the Deluxe Queen Room, complete with a luxurious bathroom and a wonderfully comfy bed. Breakfast was a highlight. I had the best quiche I've ever tasted! The experience was special, especially the warm conversations over breakfast. However, I found the coffee a little too mild for my taste. I prefer it with a bit more kick. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I would happily return.
